I was asked to fix a young persons scooter(s). They wanted to morph a working scooter into new with other parts. I had a rough idea at the beginning which turned out to be inadequate. I had to call Skates 3 times to talk various options and they were extremely helpful. Taking time and trouble to go off and check to see which parts would work. Job got done to the young person's satisfaction so well done Skates and thanks.
