I bought Zoggs Preditor flex goggles from seloshop last monday as I was going on holiday the following week. The goggles arrived 2 days late, but I was not very happy with the style. So, I contacted their customer service, and asked if it would be Ok to swap the goggles, for another model. To, my suprise they responded within 2 hours, and I arranged for another pair to be sent out straight away. I was told to return the goggles I have after my holiday. I have been shopping online for many years now with some great experiences but some bad ones as well. However, this company has to fit the top 10 so far. I will be using them again no questions asked.
