“Operating under various names”

This firm is also uses name of GolfSupplySale. As with many other fake sites online, the website contains clues to make you doubt their validity as a supplier - just check the Contacts page: address - "West London" Phone no. - none FAQs - "No, there is no import customs duty on all of our products. We will declare this as a "GIFT" to you, Which can help you avoid the Tax." - would you risk this if the Customs stated import duty required? Hassle-free return - it's supposed to be a GB firm but English is awful - "intactly", "non-resistent external damage" (???) Return policy - this can be summarised as "you won't get a refund if it's not the product in the picture, it's not what you thought it should be or if someone may have touched it on the way" None of the above complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations and your only chance of redress is by way of Credit Card reimbursement (worked for me and suddenly the company website disappeared!)

“Rip off merchants”

I originally was surprised to find that I could order an older style Mizuno 3 wood, but when I tried to pay it kept saying I was unsuccessful - I then received an email at 4am in the morning saying the order had gone through, the club was urn available but I could upgrade at no additional cost for my inconvenience. OK - club took 3 weeks to arrive from China with a pink head cover - I don't know if the club is fake but judging by the other reviews it probably is - have reported the site to trading standards and bbc watchdog. If a website doesn't have a telephone contact or address it is fake - beware

“FAKE SITE - DO NOT USE.”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 08/08/2013

Bought Titleist Pro V1 Golf Balls from this site. Tried to buy 1 x 2dozen and was mailed to say the transaction never processed... Then 2 x 2dozen golf balls arrived and my card was charged twice. The value charged was more than they said they were selling the balls at, and to top it all the balls are FAKE. Lesson learned on my part but be warned.

“Fake Titleist Pro V1x Golf Balls”

written by raginggolfer25 on 22/07/2013

This site appears British but the golf balls came from China. The balls that I received were not only fake they weren't even the type I had ordered, they sent me Pro V1 Balls. They wanted me to pay over £20 to return an item they had got wrong, that was fake. BEWARE - FRAUDSTER WEBSITE that you should AVOID! I will never use this website again.

In June 2013 i orderd a SCOTTY CAMERON California Napa Putter for £ 89.99 at GOLFSALESUPPLY. After paying i received a package from China containig a fake Scotty Cameron Putter withaout serail number an with a diffeant look to the original. The grip was not in leather as in the internet descirption. The leather cover for the putter was also not sent. Defintily a fake and trademark violation. Recommend not to by a Golfsalesupply if you want an original and not a fake. Greetings from Switzerland to all Golfers in UK

“Fake fake kale”

Ordered a Titleist 21degree hybrid. The website stated 3-5days delivery. The club arrived after 9days from China with an invoiced price of 25US Dollars. The club they sent was 24 degree with a ladies or seniors shaft and no serial number. After around 9 e mails going back and forward it was clear that they would not accept liability and eventually accepted a 40% discount. Be warned!!!!!

Ordered set of burner plus irons. Got back to me after I had paid and told me they had none in stock (despite advertising 2 sets left??) Offered me alternative clubs which I stated i did not want. instead of cancelling order, pleaded i accept alternative irons and that if I didnt i would be charged a substantial handling fee?? Eventually got money back in full after threatening legal action and informing Uk TRADING STANDARDS and USA 'BBB' (Better Business Bureau.

“What a fool”

Do not be tempted by their low prices, they are low for a reason. I received my R1 Driver and suspected that it was not a genuine item, no serial number on club, cheap plastic imitation tool with no torque setting. I have attempted contacting their e-mail address several times today asking to take them up on their 7 day hassle free returns policy, They have yet to reply to any. I am resigned to the fact that I have probably lost my £149 in exchange for a dodgy piece of rubbish. The goods are shipped from Hong Kong, counterfeit capital of the world, and after doing a bit more investigating the website has no UK address or contact details apart from their e-mail address Please learn from my mistake and do not be tempted to buy from them, you have been warned

“big mistake...”

written by 11r11 on 09/05/2013

Guess I came across this site too late... Ordered a R11 club, was surprised that the payment went to China, paid additional fees for that, tried to cancel the order 3 days later, without success, then got letters from dubious "customs assistance" companies charging strange import fees... No club yet, no refund either. Yes, I was stupid. And yes, this company rips you off!

The price advertised on thier web site in no way reflects what you will actually pay - add approximately 20% for handling and currency excahnge charges. The products are fakes and they refuse to give refunds. Do not use under any circumstances.

“R11s, Fake”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Mfv911 on 06/03/2013

i bought an R11s from this company, and initially it seemed okay, but started to deteriorate after a few rounds of golf. Rattling, and paintwork degrading quite quickly. Suddenly they don't respond to my queries and concerns, so I suspect this is a fake. I would not use them again.

written by Jelenalove on 11/12/2012

I came across this shop last week in google list, attracted by the great price and their promotion. I bought one newport 2 putter as my own birthday gift. The order proceeded smoothly. I made an extra pay for DHL and received it last week. I have hit it once. It performed ok on the course.

Note there are some very good FAKE Taylormade R7 CGB drivers currently. They look as if they are coming from UK but are actually sent from China. Unfortunately you will not notice many of these things from pictures on Ebay and they will only be apparant when seen directly when you recieve club and you compare with TM original. If you do buy a club then you should note the following and check what is delivered against a bonafide TM with your local authorised dealer :

Price seems to good to be true?
The wrench supplied is all plastic - no rubberised black insert?
The weights are not made of tungnsten and 1g weights sheer when tightened to torque settings?
The Head Cover is narrower and shorter than on TM - also the stitching at right angles to magnetic opening is at 3/4" to 1" gaps and not at 1/2" spacing of TM?
The lettering is generally slightly larger on both shaft and headcover when compared to TM?
Serial Number is larger than TM - TM serial can just be made out with naked eye
Shaft is 3/4" too short - fake serial is capable of registration with TM online?
The parallel red lines on opposite side to REAX logo overlap the white lines - they dont do this on TM?
Satellite Planet logo on shaft - on fake the gold orbit line doesnt cross in front of red centre as on TM?
Silver markings on grip are too white / silver - TM is more a grey silver - also the vertical dashes coloured silver on TM are not coloured on Fake?
The Fake club head sits "square" the TM sits slightly closed?

As I say these are all decernable only when the club is in your hand and being compared to a proper TM CGB. My advice is if it seems too good to be true it probably is. -The people behind this site never comes back to you
They have taken 190 pounds from me as they never delivered what I ordered and then wanted to give 20% rebate and keep the driver that is no good to me

Colin

“No any special”

written by Marksara on 15/11/2012

I just bought a R11 driver from it. It said that it supported Master card payment but it didn't. The delivery ran just as what I expected. It's OK. While for the driver, it did have difference from the genuine one if tested by experienced golfers. A beginner might not tell much difference. The only thing I feel good was its customer service staff, give me timely response, order status and tracking number, etc.
