i ordered my son a pair of football boots, thankfully my credit card didnt gobthrough, just ascwell reading the reviews on this site. I would have been happy to pay for my oder over the phone, but when the calls are charged at 10p per minute, so I purchased elsewhere... I see Pro direct have not responded to any of the feedback from their clients, so suggest others give them a miss...

I did call my bank and found out Pro Direct dont have any internet security, thats why they didnt authorise my credit card!
