I'm experiencing the same problem as another reviewer. I sent the incorrectly sized shoes back via UPS and indicated that I wanted a refund. I asked them to notify me when complete. NOTHING.
I looked for a customer service phone number - NON-EXISTENT.
I sent an email. A week later I got a note back that they were 'chasing' the order.
Three weeks into this and no refund, no notification, nothing.
How difficult is it for a company who gets great reviews from others to complete a refund and keep a customer?
They lost me! I'll never purchase from them again.
