I heard about this website from a friend so I thought i would try it out. I saw a lot of negative reviews online so i got a little worried. Once my package arrived, I was more than satisfied. The website is easy to use and very organized. The prices are pretty cheap compared to other places and you dont need a membership (use coupon code GOPRO10 for 10% off!). I have ordered from ProDirect several times now and i have never had a problem.

I live in California and shipping takes 3-4 days. I have ordered many things from high end cleats and shin guards to indoor shoes and balls. Very reliable website that i would recommend to anyone who is buying something from $50 and up.

You only have a problem if you need to return something. This company is the worst for customer service. All communication is done by email that takes days to complete.

did it take a while for you to get confirmation about your order ? i ordered them on the weekend so does that mean they will confirm or ship during the week ?
