Well informed, patient, very good team

This was my first contact with Pedals which I went to solely because they are a top tier dealer with demo bikes for Brompton as I was interested in perhaps buying one. From the way I was received, informed about the bikes, able to try the four demos they have, to ordering and then collecting the new bike four weeks later in accordance with Brompton's service promise I was very impressed in every respect. Because I have two other different styled bikes I go to different bike shops and am able to compare one with the other. Pedals clearly have a team based approach so all there, whether workshop or sales, immediately drop what they're doing to attend you. I'm not very practical and everyone has been very patient to explain everything. The shop and stock is well presented and I like the fact that the workshop is an open part of it and the mechanics are readily accessible, only too willing to discuss whatever.
