Outside Team absolutely FIRST CLASS

Myself and my partner have dealt with Outside on four occasions and found them the best retailer we have dealt with. The staff are very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with. On of the occasions we messed up our order regarding sizes of goods ordered on line, the team sorted the issue out for us with no fuss whatsoever although the return date had slightly ran out, this was because we live in the south and wanted to visit the store to try o the alternative sizes.
I was most impressed when I telephone ordered a jacket and salopettes, the jacket was out of stock but they stated that they would put the sallopetes aside for me until the jacket arrived. Unfortunately the jacket took a matter of weeks to be restocked. when the jacket came in they rang to inform me. In the meantime my partner had ordered the same products from them as a present for me, when I told them they stated that it was no problem and they would put the salopettes which had my namer all this time back into stock.
