I recently bought I jumper from outside but unfortunately it had to be returned as it did not fit. In the returns form I asked if there would be any recommendations for a better fit, but then did a new returns form as I thought it would be too much to ask. Apparently it was not too much to ask of the customer service staff of outside. Even though I did attach the second form I received an email 3 days after returning my product (I was very suprised it was so soon!) recommending another product!
I was very impressed by this and feel the staff really wanted to help. I will be coming into store next time to try things on but could not be more happy with the service I received, even though I have yet to make a purchase!
Working in the customer service industry myself, its these little things that really make the difference and show customers that the staff really do care. Thank you Outisde, and more speciffically Phil Parker for emailing me. I will look forward to visiting in store shortly. Thank you!
