This item was ordered for my son-in-law. Excellent garment. BUT when it came the Royal Mail didn't wait for me to answer the door as I was upstairs at the time. On the card left for me the time stated 10.07 and I was at the door at 10.10. Because this delivery was Saturday I had to wait until Monday to collect it from the delivery office which was most inconvenient. When I complained about this I was told the delivery men only have 1 minute to make a delivery. Not a very good system and something that your company needs to look at as it may stop future orders being sent due to the Postal Service.
