Ordered an item, paid for express delivery.
Didn't arrive.
Phones customer services, just blamed Royal Mail and weren't all that bothered about letting me down.
Even have to wait for Royal Mail to send the good back to OutdoorGB before they'll initiate my refund..
2-3 days to send it back
5-7 days for the money to go back on my card!!
Definitely won't be back....
