I ordered 2 items but was emailed 2 days later to say one was out of stock for at least 3 weeks which was very annoying as I needed it for holiday and so could not wait this long. The website also said there was in fact 3 in stock at time of purchase so this is likely rubbish info. The second item took over 1 week to arrive and I only received the dispatch notice after I complained it was over the 5 working days quoted. I bought the out of stock item from another website and it arrived the next day so much much better service, however this did mean I had to pay 2 lots of p&p! I had asked them to refund p&p when advised item out of stock but they refused. If they continue with such rubbishy customer service they are likely to go out of business.
