I ordered a replacement lantern globe a few days before Christmas, expecting that it would arrive towards the end of the following week. Instead, it arrived two days later, despite the specified 3 - 5 working day predicted service. Unfortunately, being Christmas time, the globe arrived in several pieces. I rang Outdoor Camping Direct, and explained the situation - without quibble, they offered a refund or a replacement. I chose the latter. Again, they warned that the globe would not reach me until the end of the following week because of the hoiday period. It arrived intact on the second working day, in the first post after Christmas. Absolutely brilliant service!

Very well packaged, reasonably priced for such a sturdy stool, it's not something I want to sit on for long, just to sit on while painting bottom of garden fence, so can't comment on comfort. Ideal, I think, for short sitting sessions, or for putting feet up. Perhaps, one thing could be improved, a little more width of canvas, as I found either side of bottom actually perched on steel legs, which could have been a problem if sitting on the stool for a long time. Other than that good quality stool.

Torches are florescent and easy to find at night. Good value

Out of stock when I ordered but kept me informed by e.mail and was delivered before Xmas as promised. Excellent service.

After ordering my product and being told it had been dispatched, I was then contacted to ask if I would accept an alternative colour as the one I ordered wasn't in stock. I said yes, but then they couldn't find my order. Then is was deliveries but it is the wrong product, a completely different model of tent than I have paid for. I'm awaiting a resolution to this, but upset it may not be resolved in time to give as an Xmas gift.

Good price and reliable service if delivery a bit on the slow side. After initial confirmation, no expected delivery date confirmation is given although order confirms says this will be sent. However prompt response is received if queried.

Great products but communication could be greatly improved. Delivery was over a week late but I had to ring to find out where it was. When it did arrive the present that I had bought was just wrapped in plastic bag and had been squashed in transit.
