Ordered a new tent which was £20 chesper than any other retailer. The service was second to non. recieved an email from interlink telling me when tent was to be delivered which had the wrong address on, emailed the shop got a call back within 15 mins they sorted the problem and tent came next day. Would highly recommend to anybody.

I cannot say how impressed I was at the service offered by Newquay Camping and Leisure. As a Scout Leader value for money is very important and the site offered Flash Jet Boil camping stoves considerably cheaper than other camping and outdoor sites. Having placed my order at 9am I received a phone call no more than two hours later to ask me if I would be happy with an alternative colour. I was advised that my order was already to be shipped and would be with me the next day (even though I had opted for the normal carriage service). Sure enough the next day I received an email from the courier to advise my delivery would be with me between 1337 & 1437hrs (I know I thought that was really ambitious at the time) however true to their word my Jet Boil stoves arrived at 1343hrs. Newquay to London in just over 24 hours. I will definitely recommend Newquay Camping & Leisure to my friends and fellow Scout Leaders.

Ordered a cadac BBQ, expected delivery with 5 days, arrived the next day what more could i ask for. This was the 1st time i have shopped with them online, and would definitely use again, Thank you Newquay Camping. Item was packed and wrapped well to stop the item being damaged. Only thing i could moan about there was no burgers with my bbq

yes - the Gas Portable Heater arrived as promised and i ordered the day before - honestly cant fault this company even if i tried to, the order arrived like the company were based in my local town but they are over 300 miles away

I was looking for a quality tent that would last us a few years, I spent ages looking on-line, but couldn't decide on the right one! I phoned the Camping Shop in Newquay and the people there were a great help. We bought a Outwell Montana 6 and are very pleased with the quality of the tent. It was useful to be able to speak to someone who matched our requirements, knew the specifications of different makes and offered good prices. I'm thinking of buying a carpet and extension and will definitely be going back them.

As a keen hiker/rambler I believe that you must always have the right equipment for the right job. Newquay Camping And Leisure not only have a great range of products at great prices but they also back it up with great customer service. Their friendly and approachable staff are always more than happy to help and to give advice on their products based upon their own knowledge and individual experiences. It's always reassuring when a member of staff recommends a product that isn't the most expensive that they have to offer. I don't often have the call to use their website but on the last 2 occassions that I have I found that the website was easy to use and the products that I ordered were delivered quickly and efficiently. Regardless of whether you are after a tent peg or a caravan awning, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!!
