Love the scooters!
The only problem I had was with the delivery. Although I had stated on the on-line form that I would like them delivered to my sister (& quoted her name) this was apparently not attached to the order. The scooters were delivered & signed for the man on her works reception desk but he couldn't track down my sister to collect as they were under my name, not hers.
It took us 2 days & a few phone calls to track them down. Maybe it would be good if the delivery instructions could be printed & sent along with the items?
