Outstanding customer service and after-sales. They were great when I bought the bike and also when they serviced it, but the really fantastic service was when the bike developed a fault (no fault of theirs) - I still can't believe how accommodating they were in making sure I was more than satisfied. I'm delighted with the attention they've given me.
