I have a German electric bike. The young guy in the shop was fantastic beyond belief. I needed parts replaced and he found the German supplier in this country and then advised me to get the parts directly and have them sent to him as this was the cheapest option for me... Most bike shops would have stung you! It took about 3 days to get it done and that's because the parts took 2 days to arrive. Bikes now as good as new. He was very enthusiastic about the electric bikes in his shop, telling me the distance they can now go on one battery is amazing. In future when I upgrade I will go back to him first. When I needed new marathon plus tyres replaced he didn't have the ones in stock on mail order by advised me the next best size, even advising what kind ride and improvement there would be... Which all came true. Just need to buy some extras for my bike and will look at his shop and mailorder first. He even advises to get it mailorder if you can wait for parts as it's cheaper. Saying that I only waited two days and paid for standard delivery. Will ALWAYS go back to services and anyone local to Brighton I shall recommend them most highly. Doing a great service for the cycling community . Regards a very local customer. 5 star!!!
