I went to mail order bikes baca use they had a belt drive bike for sale and I was interested in the new technology. They allowed a test ride and then the proceeded to purchase the bike and I have not been happier. The staff are very friendly and work well to your time scales and even if I am passing they show me the latest technology and offer me an coffee. After about 3 months the internal hub gear broke, but they took the parts off the display model which were to be replaced by the rep on the next visit so was only without my commuter bike for 2 days. Highly recommended shop and would recommend the staff are great as well.

Ordered my Diamondback Sync 3.0 online from mailorderbikes.com after being let down by an eBay store, who were very slightly cheaper but who didn't reply to my enquiries. Received my order with-in 3-days and with minimal assembly was ready to go. Excellent value for money machine, lively blue in colour, hydraulic disc brakes are brilliant. All in all an excellent bike with good reviews.

My wife a Raleigh Pioneer 4 from the website and was unsure about the best delivery option. That was quickly sorted by phone and email. When setting it up for my wife I had a question regarding adjusting the handlebars. The Raleigh instruction manual is ok, but generic and didn't fully cover the particular handlebars on the bike. They replied to my email with a phone call and talked me through all the details. We couldn't be more happy with the bike and the service. Thanks!

I'd been looking for a new bike for general use with our motorhome. Saw one in a local shop but thought I'd search online. I found Mail Order bikes through a search engine and the same bike was £50 cheaper. Tried to order online but there was a bit of a problem with payment and the order got cancelled. I was notified of this the next day by email, so rang the company to sort it out. This was Thursday morning before Good Friday, I was told that if ordered that morning they would ensure it was despatched that day. In the meantime I had received a further email and had been offered a discount code by the company because of the previous order problem. I ordered the bike online and it was delivered Tuesday morning after Easter Monday. So my purchase experience saw me receive my very well packaged goods very, very quickly, (considering the weekend and 2 bank holidays)and in total it was 24% cheaper than the exact same bike on the high street. I will not hesitate to recommend and use this company again. Well done to all concerned

Contacted Mail Order Bikes as I was having trouble locating a replacement bike lamp bracket after having my bike stolen. Received a quick email response and was sent the part I needed, free of charge! Honestly can't recommend these guys enough for their excellent customer service. I will definitely shop with them in future for any bike parts or accessories.

I placed the order and had a problem wit the courier meaning that the bike I ordered for my son’s birthday got lost. I called the company directly and they solved the problem wit the courier, sent a new bike out to me and kept me up to date throughout the process. The bike arrived the next day and was exactly what I wanted. The service was excellent and the product quality and price was exceptional. I’m a hard person to please but both I and my son are very pleased. The company showed great product knowledge and demonstrated a desire to give the customer what they wanted at a price to suit.

Saw the bike I wanted on your website and was very impressed with the price so ordered the bike.I ordered on a Friday and was given a delivery date for the following Wednesday but to my surprise, the bike actually turned up on the Saturday, the day after I ordered.I was extremely impressed with the quick delivery.The bike I ordered was the Diamondback Overdrive 2015 green 16 inch.Absolutely love the bike......love the colour! Having placed an order for a bike I was greatly impressed from the quick response in emails as to the status of my order. Bike arrived rapidly even using standard posting services. Slight problem in that the bike arrived without the tyres specified by seller and manufacturer - this was quickly rectified after a pleasant phone call and an email. Mailorderbikes did their best to replace them and followed through. Have to say friendly advice, great communication and great at dealing with all my inquiries – big thumbs up. Loving the new improved website - but again all the information i needed about delivery, specifications, cost were clear using the website. Highly Recommended.

Having fallen off my wife's bike- when alarmingly inebriated - and bending the rear wheel beyond repair, it behoved me to make amends, man up and get it fixed. Wouldn't it be grand if I could do it myself? You invite me to go into plenty of detail, but you don't know just how I can waffle! However it's worth pointing out that I was first of all so glad to find that I could buy a 26" rear wheel with a cassette hub for a seven-speed sprocket set, rather than a fee-wheel type screw on affair. So much easier to deal with in future and although the bike isn't used for anything challenging in the old torque ratings, I just get a better "feel" from a cassette sprocket set-up. Without being the least sexist, my wife remains blissfully unimpressed by such detail in the shenanigans of such attentions, but as I occasionally pinch her bike.... The so-called Raleigh wheel (actually unbranded)also came with a quick release skewer as oppose to the former nut fixing. Much easier for removal and maintenance. The wheel was somewhat more expensive than many other offerings....nearly twice as much at 40 GBP, but it was almost perfectly true out of the box AND it went straight into the frame and with the cassette-hub sprockets, I am delighted to report that the gear shifting was spot on from the beginning and the cassette runs nicely without any hint of play as indeed it should. So there you have it.....not all specifically related to the wheel, but a story which ended well.....surely the quality of the build and measurements of the wheel had some affect on the outcome. This company annoyed me from the start. Offering 'regular' prices £20 cheaper than everyone else. And a 'special' price with another £30 discount if ordered in the next 6 hours.. Of course, anyone with any IT knowledge could re-set that counter. I ordered it anyway because it was a way good price. Delivery details.. yeah.. You have to get under a 9ft bridge to get here.. I'll keep my phone close 'cos even a DSLR camera delivery, and many other small consumer goods had to re-book because they forgot to read the "delivery notes".. A 'bike' will be next to impossible right? Bike ordered at 11pm on Tuesday 15th 2014.. Delivered before mid-day on Thursday 17th 2014.. Minimum delivery date Monday 21st 2014. 36 hours from order to receipt.. The bike? Was the one I wanted, in good condition. Enough said. CONS: I had to use 1 of my own 'Allen keys'. And you'll waste time writing a good review. I'm an amateur. I won't even think about telling you what bike to buy. If they have the bike you want.. Buy it here! I gave customer services 5 stars.. Just because I didn't need to deal with them. That is all..
