My order was 70 pounds but on checkout (by credit card) i saw that they want to charge 76 pounds. I asked them but they didn't confirm, sent just a nonsense letter to me. As i've read on few forums it's not a mistake. After getting my question - they cancelled my order. Don't buy from them.

I also had bad experience with I successfully paid my order through a gateway by the order status on kitbag showed 'failed'. I contacted with the customer service via email as I am living in a foreign country outside UK, but I only received an auto-reply email. They promised to reply my enquiry within 48 working hours but I didn't heard about anything after 2 days. I sent them 2 emails and then they cancelled my order for no reason, then I had to send other 2 emails to them. I felt very annoying. Never shop with them!
