“Worst on-line shopping experience ever!”

I ordered an adidas Team GB Tennis Tee shirt in April. I had an expected date of May 5 (careful, they use dd/mm/yy date format). A month went by with no word. I logged on and it still said back order with no other information. I sent an email to customer support asking why and when. I got an email back after 4 days telling me my order was on back order (exactly what I told them in my email). I responded and asked for more information and did not get a reply. I then had to call England and pay international long distance rates. They told me they didn't know when it was coming in and maybe I should order something else. Finally in July, I looked on-line and saw they canceled my order and never told me. They never even sent an email. I have been buying things on-line for 20 years and have never seen a company this bad. Avoid this company at all costs.
