This is one of those 'typical british online retailers'. They're really helpful on the phone when you're looking to spend some money but in my personal experience it has been hell to deal with them afterwards when things have gone wrong. The products they sell are all available for the same price on many other sites so there’s no need to risk yourself going through the same thing. All I can say is this – I’ve dealt with a lot of retailers in my years and my advice is to STAY WELL CLEAR of these guys. I've also seen the same comments made on other cycling forums - I'm surprised there aren't a lot more. I can only chose one star which equates to 'Terrible' but I seriously wish there was an even worse level I could go to.
