Can a juicy bike be used without me having to pedal it?  I've got severe damage to my cartilage and awaiting a knee replacement but still want to be on a bike I miss it so much.

Those with throttles can, legally up to 4 mph only (which is of little help to someone like you). The throttle can be de-restricted to allow full-speed (15 mph) use, but you need to know this is not legal in the UK. De-restriction or re-restriction takes less than 5 secs and requires no tools.
