Ordered a cue on Saturday 16th November. Advised the cue was in stock. Ordered and nothing heard by thursday 21st- phone call and was advised there was an issue with the weight and my cue came out of the warehouse the day before and just missed delivery so would be delivered thursday and should be with me friday- monday. Called back friday and they confirmed it had been delivered and should be with me on the monday 25th. Phone call again on Thursday 28th as I hadn't heard anything. Advised again an issue with the cue weight as it came out of the warehouse and it was the wrong weight (although i was told the week before that it had been dispatched ) and it would be sent out on friday. Telephone call today (monday 2nd dec) who advised it was sent friday so should be here tomorrow- heres hoping! 16 days later..

“Has the Company Gone Bust????”

Placed an order for a case and a cue extension on May 19th. Tried calling numerous times and can't get through. Emails are not being replied to either makes me think the company may have gone bust and done a runner with my £60. Disgusted to be honest - like so many of the other reviews just the worst possible level of customer service. Hindsight is a powerful tool and I should have checked the reviews before purchasing I guess! Gutted.

“Worst ever experience!”

Without doubt the worst on line purchase I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a cue and for two weeks found it difficult to contact them and when I did get through, I was fed a succession of promises about delivery such as “ I posted it today and paid extra for Saturday delivery”. Absolute rubbish as when it did arrive the label was printed 4 days later. Never will deal with them again!

“Do Not Buy From Them”

Not sure if John Parrott knows how badly this company is run and he is a director if he does he should be ashamed. I was told I think your order has been dispatched but no email to confirm so I can not chase. They are not answering their phones, I have tried about 30 times today and emailed and left messages, so will now get the credit card company involed as a frudulent use of my card. Stay away at all costs.

Update, I was told that their phones we down on the Friday that I called but they think Parcelforce tried to deliver my package on that day, which I have no notification they were due to, so not the case. They said they put that their phones were down on social media but not their website !! They still did not contact me on the Monday, but Monday night at 9.30 I receive a text to say it will de delivered the next day, already brought another cue now, so sent it straight back. Still stay away.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Family ordered personalised cue for my husbands birthday early May & still waiting. Excuse after excuse - waited in for 2 days last week as promised delivery but as yet no sign. Asked for refund & told not possible! According to website delivery should have been around 10 days maximum4'u - now heading for 6 weeks. Beware especially with personalised items.

“Bought a triangle end of 2017 and it was delivered...”

Bought a triangle end of 2017 and it was delivered damaged. Have tried to get it returned without success. They did say they would send a part which has never arrived and now they don't answer any emails. This was for my grandson who has epilepsy and brain damage with learning disabilities.

“Terrible service”

Worst company I have ever dealt with....messed up our order no reply to emails never answer the phone.....snooker balls arrived wrong size and 1 missing when eventually got through to them its taken 10 weeks to get it sorted.....originally they were sposed to collect and replace in the end requested refund.....still waited weeks finally got today.....never again buy from this shower at ur peril

I ordered a cue case as a present for my husband. A few months later the lock broke. Contacted the company, then my troubles started. Every time I spoke to them they came up with another story, Not once did they return my calls or answer my emails. After months of trying I went into Companies House to obtain information about the company. I telephoned one of the John Parrott accountants who promised to contact them immediately. One week later NOTHING! I phoned him again he apologised, it was a pleasure to speak to someone who acted on my request. At last I got phone call, I told them the only thing I wanted was a refund. I eventually got it, this has been the worst experience of salesmanship which I was not expecting. Keep away or else you will have problems

The most terrible shopping experience by far. I've placed an order, paid for it and after a month long wait all contact died. How comes a shop with such a terrible rating, nonexistent customer service and deceiving business practice can still exist? I have no c(l)ue.

“Possibly the worst retail experience ever!”

I placed an order for a new snooker cloth and cue tips in April with their claim that orders “normally ship within 2 or 3 days.” After many emails, phone calls and constant follow up, I was still trying to get them to ship my order 3 months later. The excuses kept coming. It’s back ordered and will arrive soon. We shipped it, but it was returned to sender. The courier company has not yet provided a tracking number. I never did receive my order three months later. Did I mention they charged my credit card immediately after placing the order. I called my credit card company to file a claim for goods paid for but never received. They dealt with my issue promptly and refunded me my money. Amazing how a company that gets so many bad reviews can still stay in business. Must be people like me that chose to use them before checking out other reviews. I learned my lesson.

“Very Poor Customer Care, There are better places to...”

Pretty poor, late shipment, incomplete delivery and complete failure to CARE for their customers. There are much better places to buy from, so although their prices are reasonable it simply isn't worth the headache & hassle. Save yourself some grief and look elsewhere.

I ordered some things for a Christmas present for my husband two weeks after ordering my table iron and cloth spray and one brush arrived with a note to say the other will follow. I spoke to a gentleman who promised me it will be early January. After numerous phone calls to a voice mail and no one gets back to you to actually phoning and getting an answer SUPRISE!! To be told they are in stock and I will receive it in two days, still didn't arrive then to be told it's lost in the post we'll send you another, of course it didn't arrive. It was £25 it's not the money but if they take that off every customer no wonder Mr Parrotts a millionaire!!!! Its now June and I've lodge a complaint with my card provider. Go to a reputable web-site.

I ordered a cue, case and some chalk over two weeks ago now, to be fair the cue did arrive within a couple of days but I have been waiting since for the case and chalk. Despite several emails and trying to phone (and getting nothing but voicemail) I've had no response from them and no items have turned up either. I paid by Paypal so have lodged a dispute through there for a refund of the outstanding items, hopefully that might get their attention. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, and avoid the headache that myself and other reviewers here have gone through!

“Awful customer service - use at your peril”

I ordered a cue for my son's birthday and in plenty of time according to the delivery time stated on the Web site. I emailed on two occasions asking if the cue would be delivered on time, but received no response. The birthday came and went, but no cue. I spent two days leaving voice mails and trying to get a person on the phone. Eventually I got through and was promised the cue was on it's way. It didn't arrive. I emailed cancelling the order and ordered from another company. A few days later the cue arrives from JP cue sports. I now have two cues. I spend more time emailing with no response. I eventually get through on the phone and arrange return. Cue is returned by recorded delivery. Two months later I have still not received a credit for the cue. I still have no response to email and can't get through on the phone. Very very frustrating. Just no communication.

Deeply unhappy with this company. I ordered a cue over 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. Phone is permanently on voice message and e-mails bounce back. Are they still trading?
