Worst company I have ever dealt with....messed up our order no reply to emails never answer the phone.....snooker balls arrived wrong size and 1 missing when eventually got through to them its taken 10 weeks to get it sorted.....originally they were sposed to collect and replace in the end requested refund.....still waited weeks finally got today.....never again buy from this shower at ur peril… Read Full Review

I placed an order for a new snooker cloth and cue tips in April with their claim that orders “normally ship within 2 or 3 days.” After many emails, phone calls and constant follow up, I was still trying to get them to ship my order 3 months later. I ordered a cue, case and some chalk over two weeks ago now, to be fair the cue did arrive within a couple of days but I have been waiting since for the case and chalk. I bought some 1 and 7/8" snooker balls for use on a pool table. This should have allowed me to play snooker on a pool table set up for 2" balls. Unfortunately these balls were oversize by 1.5mm and the balls got trapped in the table mechanism and would not return to the white ball return pocket as intended. TERRIBLE COMPANY to purchase from. Ordered my cue on the 11th Jan, which was in stock on the website. Rang them a week later querying it, cue wasn't sent yet but was going out that week. It's unfortunate that this company can not get their act together? I also had to call PayPal to "TRY" and get in contact with them, as I have ordered a leather case from late November and I'm still waiting! I live all the way in Toronto Canada. I have sent numerous emails. Made numerous calls without any success!! Not even a curtousy reply of any means from them... I have myself to blame because I've read the reviews, but being a fellow Brit. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt? Oh boy!!!!
