Ive just been to our local store where my husband wanted to exchange some xmas gifts. Where upon i was told we were to late,as the date was the 6TH OF Jan as they were purchased in November. As my husband is tall and broad the clothes do not fit him.As my husband has been extremly poorly over christmas he has not been able to get out. The assistant said i could ring customer service where i have just spoken to a person who was damn right rude, and basically couldnt give a damn, what am i suppose to do with nearly £100 worth of clothing that does not go anywhere near him.Trading Standards i think will here about this disgraceful shop!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never shop with JD again
