Pool Table & Accessories Purchase

I ordered a 7' Supreme Pool Table with accessories (e.g. Aramith spots & stripes) in mid-late October. Initially I was looking for a purple clothed table in walnut trim, however on discussion with the sales team, it was identified that it would be nigh on impossible to get a newly made table prior to Xmas. However, a blue clothed table of the same make and trim was available immediately from stock.

It was later discovered - after placing the order - that the table in stock was damaged. On identification of this issue, the sales team did a great job in contacting Heywood Pool directly and pulling some strings to get a table made for me before Xmas. (Arrived 6th Dec) I was therefore able to get the purple clothed table I originally hoped for.

The installation / fitting of the table was done perfectly and the guys were very friendly.
We came across another minor blip when it was discovered that the balls hadn't come with the table (assume because of the abnormality of the table job), however again it was resolved with absolutely no hassle. The delivery guys phoned the office with the issue and after forwarding a delivery address I was couriered the balls the following day.

I think it is an indication of the quality of a company by how they deal with problems. In my case, the order was not routine, yet the company handled the challenges in a very professional manner and got me what I wanted in a very timely (and stressfree) manner.

Would definitely use Home Leisure Direct again.
