Thank you for efficient execution of the order. The rucksack (65 L+10L) bought was as described and seems to be very good value for money. Also, I am very happy with the delivery arrangements and especially that I got a note the day before the delivery so I could arrange with the courier as I was not at home at the time. This saved me from travelling 40 miles to a depot to pick up after a missed delivery!!
