Love Go Outdoors the store in fact i spend so much i should really get shares but the website is a bomb blast.Twice i have used it after being taken the tour of yes collect in store then eventually as long as you live more than 320 miles away or yes we have it to collect give us your money only joking we dont....aaaarrgh.Then u get in the store here is your item you chose for collect in store...no its not...yes it is etc etc...Look here is the email...oh we dont have that one...how about we charge you an extra £15 for a similar item that you would never have bought in the first place...ok because i am a mountain buying legend...2nd visit its not here...here is the email....half an hour later...oh you said your name was ???? not !!!! ah it was hiding in a cupboard...never again!!!

Hi there,

Items not available at your local store are probably in our clearance range, which is why they are only available in the stores that have them left. The items remain on the website as somebody near that store may like to order the item to collect. All our current ranges are available across all of our stores. Items available online are also available for free delivery to your local store.

If you'd like to shop the clearance section by what is available at your local store, and filter out all the items that aren't, you can do this via our clearance page by selecting your store on the red strip at the top of the page. The website can only show items that the store has on it's stock file, if these items aren't available in store, the store needs to be removing the item to prevent disappointing customers further.

We're sorry to hear of your issues with the reserve service, it's an area we are always looking to improve on.
