I've bought lots of kit here in the past 12 months and I've never been disappointed at any time. The price match recently on Scarpa boots was great and the staff at York have more recently managed a jacket return for me. I had a criticism about being unable to purchase a trekking pole at York when other stores had them in stock.......this was also fixed and the pole was made available. I'm impressed with that level of service and it made me feel like a valued customer.

Overall good value for money and a range that is second to none.
