Ordered a go outdoor card 19dsys ago. Delivered time was supposed to be 5-7working days. Despite e mailing to ask what has happened it still has not arrived. It meant I could not save in store for items I wanted in the sale, which was why I ordered it. As we don't live near a go outdoor shop it seemed like a good idea at the time, but service so bad I wouldn't do it again, and missed out on the items I really wanted as a result. When I spoke to someone they said that it is better to buy in store, and that buying on,one for the cards was new. However if they can't deliver then perhaps they should not advertise it as an online product?

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear your card didn't arrive. Have our customer service team looked into this for you? While it is easier to purchase a card from store, you can also add a card to your basket with your first order, so when picking up your card you could have also reserved the items in store that you wanted, and pick them all up at the same time.
