Just the worst company I've ever ordered from !!!

Ordered some goods from this company at the beginning of December. I was sent an e-mail on the 5 December to say that they had been dispatched - the goods NEVER arrived. Been on the phone many times to costumer services and each time I've heard nothing but broken promises. And before anyone says it's Christmas, I don't buy that argument because everything I ordered last week has arrived within a set time frame.

The worst thing is, I've been billed for goods which I've yet to receive. And they won't refund my money until they(the company)get them back.

My next port of call is trading standards - I will never, ever, order from these online again. NEVER !! Buyer beware.
