Superb staff, stuff & service!

If you want great products at great prices and to have this available either from your armchair or by visiting a welcoming, friendly and easy to access shop, then this organisation is the business.
The Gateshead shop is my local shop and the staff there could hardly be more helpful knowledgeable and accommodating. I regularly use the on-line Click and Collect service which is invaluable when the items are not in local stock and I need to see / touch / try on various options. The no-quibble exchange / refund guarantee gives perfect peace of mind when ordering for home delivery, which is also usually free of charge. The staff at Gateshead are always so patient and accommodating when making exchanges and refunds, which I know from personal retail experience can at times be time consuming and somewhat awkward to process.
I never have any hesitation about ordering stuff just to check it out, especially when Evans have regular clearance item sales, great to go for a bargain knowing you won't be stuck with it if it turns out to be unsuitable for any reason.
