Brilliant customer service

Cracking customer service.

I went to the shop really not knowing exactly what I wanted but explained to the lady I wanted something I could use for du/tri athalon if needed but also to ride with my 7 year old along roads, gravel paths, cycle paths, a small amount of off road.

We managed to narrow it down to 2 different bikes, without hesitation I was offered the option to order both bikes to the store for me to test ride, without obligation, if I didn't like either we'd look at something else.

I received a phone call to say the bike had arrived at store and was asked when I'd like to go and test ride. I went in and there was no pressure sales just advice and thoughts.

Highly recommend the service I received.

I'm now a month in to owning my new bike and loving every minute of it. I even have the option to take it back in the next few weeks for a complimentary check up.

For those interested I purchased a Norco Thresh C Rival and I'm loving it. I changed from a 10 year old mountain bike which had served me well. I was a little unsure about drop bars and the gear system but soon both feel natural and the gear change has become second nature.
