If you order online your confirmation e-mail says you will need to take the e-mail and either the card used to pay or your photo ID. The e-mail telling you the product has arrived says you need the confirmation e-mail, card and your photo ID. When you get there the staff simply look at the photo ID. Perhaps Evans' IT dept. need to check out their standard e-mails and get it right?
That said the staff, when they can be bothered to be on the shop floor, are friendly and knowledgeable.
