Since Evans revamped their website, everything has become completely unreliable. Some orders just go into a 'pending' state and never actually get processed, even though you might get sent an order confirmation. Some orders get no confirmation, but do work. When you contact customer services, they just act as if it's just one of those things. Why would you expect all your orders on a website to work. They need to sort this out. It's pretty basic stuff. The only reason I keep even trying to order is because there is a shop near my office and click and collect is convenient.
