Despite Evans cycles wide range of bikes their ability to build up bikes is poor. I returned the first bike and asked for an exchange. The replacement bike was in worse condition than the first. The first bike had scratches and gears that were jamming. The second bike had deep scratches and other issues. Yes they agreed to refund, but I am still waiting over a week later. Emails state a refund has been processed but clearly this is not true. Other issues are that their online delivery is much slower than stated and their contact centre is very disorganised, and sometimes unclear of an issue that has been raised many times. Bike specifications were also incorrect. I reminded them and they updated.

Maybe their bike shops are better but I can't recommend ordering a bike online from Evans. Appalling. Very disappointing considering some of the great bikes they stock.
