Great bike although faulty batch and issues with the front folks! Recall issue, but not explained to me till I got there (60 mile round trip) Anyhow now without a bike for potentially 5 days with a derisory £50 voucher to spend for the inconvenience! Not told till I got there that they didn't have a replacement on site which was ridiculous! Simply shows the poor level of customer service by Evans bearing in mind the cost of the bike. Would have expected more for such a new brand bike on the market! Offered new pedals as well, which I have accepted but useless at present until I get my bike back! Hope Mr Hoy follows feedback on his first bike!
