“Awful Customer Service”

Ordered a bike on line in the sale, with deliver status of 7 days and only standard delivey as the delivery option. After 7 days had heard nothing so called the contact centre and spoke to Steve who told me I should have heard something and he would chase up my order and get back to me ASAP ....... heard nothing. Called again to get again Steve , who informed me he was still waiting for an update. I advised Steve that I was going away on Sunday and as it was now Thursday also wanted to make them aware that I would not be around to receive the delivery, no problem says Steve I will get it delivered by Saturday, I will call you and confirm .... again nothing heard. Called again to again get Steve, still awaiting an update,would call me to confirm but everything geared up for Saturday. Again stressed I was away from Sunday so please do not deliver if can't make Saturday. Saturday came and went , no phone call, no bike , went on holiday. Tuesday came , away in Forest of Dean to receive a text " you're bike will be delivered today" , then got a call from the deliverman where are you I have you bike !Came home to find nothing , no e-mail, no calling card no idea where my bike was. Called the contact centre , no answer. E-mailed contact centre, no respond back. Monday came and I went to work to get a text at 9am ..... good news your bike will be delivered today ! Thankfully my work were very understanding and I managed to get home just in time for the delivery ..... still awaiting the call back from Steve and not even an apology letter
