They never answer the phone when you try to ring. I was dealing with one member of staff, he went off to look into something, and then came back and helped another customer. leaving me at the till like a plum. Another member of staff came to help, and he didn't seem to be able to use the till, and had to wait for the original member of staff to finally come over to help.

Their stock range is awful, they never have what you want in stock, it's always 'wait 2 days and we'll order it in'. Somehow other cycle chain shops seem to have better stock. Another well known cycle chain always seems to have what they show on their website.
