I purchased 3 items on DirectGolf having never used them before. The items were all in stock and at a reasonable price. 1 week later, I phoned to find out where the order was only to be told that 1 of the items was out of stock and they were waiting for them to come back in before sending the order. (No one called/emailed to let me know this). I told them to cancel the whole order (as I needed the items that week) and refund the money. I was told by the Sales Manager that this would be done and that they would phone up to confirm.

The following week I phoned again only to be told that the items were now back in stock and would be sent out that day. I reiterated that I did not need the items anymore and to cancel the order (again).

The next day, the items arrived and sent them back (as suggested by Direct Golf). I was told they would be sent back to DG and then the refund would be done.

Ten days later, I phoned again to ask about the refund and was told that this would be done in the next 3-5 days. I am still waiting...

Several times, I was promised a call back - no one ever called me to keep me up to date on the situation.

I would not recommend Direct Golf to anyone and certainly will not be using them again.
