“Avoid at all cost!! The worst online shopping experience!”

Ordered 3 sets of wedges over three months ago.
It didn't just never arrived but they never gave me any notice. After a few emails and over seas telephone calls ( I am resident in France), I finally managed to get hold of a person at after sales team. I re-ordered the items and gave my credit card details over the phone which the transactions were made immediately.
That was over 60 days ago. And still the wedges never arrived. Again I made a few e mails and phone calls and it turned out to be that they sold me articles which they never had in their stock!!!
They promised me that the money will be refunded in 10 days but now over a months later still no news and they never return the e mails and almost impossible to catch anybody over the phone.

Do NOT USE THIS SITE they are simply not serious enough dispute their on line TV site and the apearance!!
