I ordered online a couple of scuba diving masks and was informed that it was going to be delivered within 3-5 working days. After 10 days I phoned them to find out where the parcel was? They then informed me that the colours I chose were not in stock and asked me if I wanted a different colour. I said that I didn't care what colour it was and that I needed the masks immediately. I waited another 5 days for the delivery and guess what: when I phoned they said that they will send it the following day???!!!
Very very disappointing. No apologies, no communication skills, no customer service at all.
Shop somewhere else if you can.
