Ordered online with free delivery. Due to not wanting to wait, asked if I could change delivery method at short notice to next day with no issues on my request. Brilliant prices and fantastic service.

I bought my new cassette from cycle sports UK because it was cheap and the item was in stock. After a week I checked my account and saw there was no progress on my order so I emailed them. They informed me that my item would be delivered to them the following day and would then be dispatched to me despite website saying the item was in stock. Waited 12 days now and still no item. Not reliable and will not use again.

Ordered a jacket on 02/06/12 from Cycle Sports UK. After four days i received an email saying that the jacket i ordered is not in stock. After looking at there web site i spotted the jacket was still showing in stock. I looked for a contact number to ring, When i rang there was an answer machine to leave a message. I AM NOW GETTING WORRIED , This company has my money and there is no one to speak to, just an email address. After several emails back and forth I was asked to select another jacket. After selecting another jacket I asked if they could send it to me next day delivery for free as I needed it for a bike ride over the weekend and they said no. Now I have no jacket and they have my money so I cant buy one till the money goes back in my account. so I canceled the order and I have just received my money back in my account today 12/06/12. i find the customer service/support to be the worst i have ever experienced and would never recommend Cycle Sports UK to anybody...

The saddle wasn't in and their was a bit of a problem with shipping it out, but the customer service on the issue was excellent when I emailed they answered, not as fast as wiggle or chain reaction on shipping but almost immediate answers when a question was sent. I would definitely buy again from them and would recommend them.
