I had some trouble deciding on a bike that I really loved and then came across the Saracen Kili Flyer 121. A quick Google returned these guys as the best price by a long shot. Such a good price in fact, that I then did a thorough investigation into whether or not the company was legit!

After finding many positive reviews and zero negative ones, I (still reluctantly, the price was THAT good) placed my order. A few days later I was e-mailed and informed that my order had been dispatched and the following working day, my order arrived well packed and in tact. What more can you ask for?

Thankfully I haven't had to contact them regarding any issues with my order but judging by what I've seen of their staff on forums etc helping people, I doubt I'll have an problems if I do need to!
