“Disgraceful ”

I placed an order for a bike for my eight year old daughter on the 1/12/16. I received an email stating that the order was " processing ". No despatch date given. Then nothing for three days... I received a generic email stating that due to " courier issues " there would be a delay. Then nothing for three days. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update on the order, as you can never get through on the phone. All have been ignored!!!! Dear Customer
I sincerely apologise for the bike fiasco that you have endured. Unfortunately our supplier (a multi million pound organisation) who shipped all our bikes directly on our behalf for us decided to change couriers to Hermes. As everyone knows these are by far not the best or even the most reliable couriers and they are still to this day insisting that the bikes were delivered. We have been in tense negotiations to recover our monies for these undelivered bikes from the supplier and issue refunds.
As a result we had the foresight to delist all the bikes at the time of Notice, however, the damage had already been done and we can only apologise for this. Please let us know your order number to make this right.

After ordering a Muddyfox Mounting Bike on the 21/10/16 the payment was taken that day . The following day I received a Email stating my order was being processed. Then nothing for fourteen days. “Took 3 weeks to deliver Bike”

I ordered a bike for my son. Received email straight away acknowledging order/payment. Delivery was supposed to be within 5 working days. Nothing after 2 weeks, so I emailed asking for tracking information but this was ignored. After this I filed a Chargeback with my bank, and I thought the company seemed fake. Unfortunately the filter is an item shipped directly by our supplier and should have reached you in time but was sent using royal mail. Unfortunately I have been advised that there have been some major issues with RM near our supplier as the local sorting office was in the process of closing down.

CNF did do a full refund, in fact it was the only email I sent them that they managed to answer, the one that said all of the paperwork had been filled in and returned to MASTERCARD to claim my refund and they suddenly sprung to life and refunded my payment, I would not touch CNF with a stick, steer clear I was lucky.

the next day delivery was a figment of CNFs imagination, I did not ask for next day and I was waiting for two weeks before they put the sold out sign up, go elsewhere it is worth paying the extra at least you will get it.

having searched the internet looking for a competitive price I found this company and purchased the AL-Ko wheel lock on the 27 Oct. By the 2nd Nov no sign so I emailed but had no response. Phoned and message said said they were moving premises and would be unavailable until 31st Oct. having phoned after this date on a number of occasions it was the same voice mail saying they were moving premises. I ordered my Trigano Luna 390 awning from CNF on condition it would be delivered for my trip to France. I received a mail giving me the date it would be delivered. Thank you for the review. Trigano are a manufacturer and as such do not handle queries in the manner you describe as a general rule, however I am very happy that you were treated so well.
A small correction is that, in the event that a valve or, indeed, a pole is faulty, there is no need to return the entire awning. This is only done if there is an inherent manufacturers fault in the main body of the awning, such as poor stitching etc, and even in such cases a photo e-mailed to us is sufficient to replace a valve or two or poles etc. If the awning is delivered with a massive hole in the roof per say, then a photo in the first instance is required. From there we discuss with the relevant manufacturer and come up with an amicable solution - where the manufacturer actually collects the damaged item and sends a replacement.
