I purchased the Royal Coolbox expecting it to have mains supply which it did not. As I needed mains supply I sent 2 e mails to arrange sending item back and website said I would receive an e mail. When I was not contacted I rang to speak to an advisor but could not get through so left a message for a call back. To date I am still waiting to hear. This is very poor customer service.
