Ordered 2 camping chairs at a very good price but was very generously sent a "Free upgrade" to 2 more expensive ones !! That sounds great, but they were too big for our campervan ( and us ). So tried to ring up, but no answer and thought "Oh no "... BUT sent an Email to them and had a very good response from the "Boss" Grant Butler..
He told me to post them back quoting a 'returns number' he gave me, and he would then get the correct ones from his supplier and send them off to me on receipt of my unwanted ones.. We have stayed in contact by Email during the entire process and I am now awaiting the correct chairs by courier tomorrow.... WATCH THIS SPACE..
