Communication! What communication!

A good web site, after order received a prompt email stating goods will be sent and then nothing. No delivery, no goods, all emails unanswered and despite being told on their telephone voice-mail service that they will ring you back - NOTHING!
OK so Christmas time is busy, but my confidence in this company fell through the floor, irritated by their total NON COMMUNICATION I got in touch with Trading Standards. I bet I am not alone. The good did arrive, they were perfect I was happy with the price. All would have been so much better if they had deemed just to speak to me or even respond to emails. I would then have been happy to give praise rather than complaint.
I shall never use them again fearing next time I won't get the goods at all. A great shame because the product was super and the delivery time was not too bad - had I been forewarned.
Communication is so important in developing confidence in Internet companies.
This company have disappointed at the first hurdle - be warned.
