Goods arrived faulty. The shop where I purchased it told me my contract is with the manufacturer not the shop. The manufacturer is in America. Cost me £500 and I am still waiting for the faulty machine to be picked up and no refund yet. Sale of goods act States I have contract with the shop not the manufacturer.
The managing director has not answered my emails
Shop assistant is not interested. He talks a good job but is not sorting out my refund
This machine is huge and is blocking my house
I have waited over 4 weeks for this to be sorted out
I did not buy online I visitef their chelmsford shop
They don't tell you that you are dealing with a company in America
