Highly impressed with value for money, speed of (free) delivery and after care service. Was amazed when the two bikes I ordered for my twin granddaughters arrived the next day by Parcel Force. However there was a minor problem, the Dolly Carrier on one of the bikes was split. But I emailed immediately (unfortunately it was a Saturday!) and received an answer on the Monday saying a replacement was on it's way and indeed it arrived the next day, also by Parcel Force. This kind of service is very hard to find in this day and age. I would recommend Bikes 2U Direct to anyone. Thank you.
